PEPPERS PROPERTIES

is a privately owned and operated company, providing large homes around the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor campus for over forty years! All properties are unique in their own way and well cared for, with tenants often expressing appreciation for our responsiveness and ongoing support. Each property is within walking distance of the campus AND close to bus stops. At this time, we cannot accept pets.

Come fully furnished, have full-sized beds, 2 refrigerators, dishwashers, hardwood floors throughout, and include FREE on-site parking and FREE laundry.

The Houses:

214 Packard:

Is a rare find in this student area! This house is a beautiful, 100 + year old Victorian Home. Every room in the house is beyond spacious and inviting. The house has 6 bedrooms with one offering an attached bonus room, two full baths, a large, updated, dine in kitchen with multiple cabinet. This house also offers ten-foot ceilings with the original woodwork throughout, a majestic front staircase and a second staircase in the back, a large front porch, and on-site parking for 5-6 vehicles.
